Bishop Mule Days was started in 1969 as a celebration before the packers went out to work for the summer season. Evolving from a two day show into a 5 day extravaganza, Bishop Mule Days has no equal in the mule world today! Bishop Mule Days is held each year in Bishop, California, located in the beautiful Owens Valley on the Eastern side of the Sierras.
